About the Company
GoHire was founded in 2004 by Byrne Reese, who, while transitioning between jobs for several months, obtained a unique perspective on the hiring process by being on both sides of the fence. He witnessed first hand what made companies successful in making him feel good about the company he was interviewing at, and excited about the position he was interviewing for. He realized also, that a disciplined, professional recruiting process not only made the candidate more excited about the company, but it also enabled the company to find the best person for the position they were interviewing for.
